Why is it that people we haven’t seen in a while or even complete strangers ask us if we’re married or if we have kids? I get messages from complete strangers asking about my relationship, asking when I’ll get married & asking why I haven’t got children yet as I’m ‘getting on’. It’s annoying & to be honest, it’s downright rude. .....

What business is it of other people? Why do they feel the need to comment on my life? I’m HAPPY and honestly, that’s all that really matters.

If you’re going to ask an old friend a question or worse yet, someone you don’t even know; let your first question be “HOW ARE YOU” or ask if they’re happy or living their best life? Ask them if they’re ok? - You might be the first person to check in with them!

To all my ladies (and men) who feel behind in life… trust me YOU ARE NOT! Although it might feel like everyone around you is getting married, having kids or growing up… it’s just your focus. Trust me that there are equal if not more people starting new relationships, ending relationships, going back to uni, starting uni, travelling the world, throwing in their jobs or changing careers to purse what truly sets their soul on fire. There’s no right or wrong with life - you just do it the best you can & honestly as long as you’re happy that’s ALL THAT MATTERS

If you want to heal you have to eliminate what’s making you sick. There are no short cuts, no quick fixes, no magic pill, no miracle surgery, or infomercial product that’s going to make you better.

YOU choosing to change and taking action by changing the way you eat is the only thing that will make a difference. Do not misinterpret this to mean you need to go on a “diet” whereby you eat less and move more. No. Change what you eat, but eat plenty. Eat the proper human diet. •Do not eat in an extreme caloric deficit that you can’t maintain. •Don’t eat foods that are inflammatory. •Don’t eat foods that cause you to crave or cause you to be a bottomless pit. •Eat nutrient dense foods that are satiating, i.e. meat. •Move your body doing something you enjoy. •Address the root causes of your dysfunctional relationship with food which led you to food making you sick.

Pesto Chicken Meatballs with Spaghetti Squash 🍽 🍽 🍽 
Ingredients:
•1 lb ground chicken (or ground meat / plant based)
•1 8oz container Good Foods Avocado Pesto
•1 egg
•1/4 cup blanched almond flour
•2 tsp Italian Seasoning
•1/2 tsp sea salt
•1/8 tsp black pepper
•⅛ tsp granulated garlic
•1 spaghetti squash

Recipe:
1.Preheat oven to 350° and cover large baking sheet with cooking spray. 
2.Prepare the spaghetti squash first by slicing long ways and cleaning out the inside of all its seeds. 
Sprinkle the inside of the spaghetti squash with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3.Place the spaghetti squash face down on your sheet pan and roast a half hour or until tender on the outer side. 
4.While the spaghetti squash is cooking prepare the meatballs.
5.In a large bowl, combine: ground chicken, ½ container Good Foods Avocado Pesto, 1 egg, almond flour, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix with clean hands until well combined. *Tip - when forming the mixture into balls, wet your hands periodically to make them easy to handle. Chicken meatballs are very sticky! Form the mixture into 12-14 meatballs.
6.Place on greased baking sheet 2” apart and bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 mins, or until just cooked through.
7.Once the spaghetti squash is cooked through, shred the inside into your bowl and mix with the other ½ of the Good Foods Avocado Pesto to lightly coat. 
8.Arrange the meatballs on top of spaghetti squash and garnish with fresh basil. Serve hot!
