I’m always saying to people that skincare is the most important and here’s a little evidence. For make up to look great, you need your skin in tip-top shape.
People often ask me how to cover dark circles, blemishes, spotty skin and age-related pigmentation. My first response is always to check what skincare routine they have in place.
Our brilliant, freshly made, 100% natural skincare addresses many of the problems people face and I’m repeatedly told by customers that their skin has never been in such good condition 💚
Have you tried it yet? If not, our ABC Set (cleanser, toner, moisturiser plus free face mask) is a great place to start or our Skincare Discovery Kit at just £28 with a total guarantee you’ll love it or your money back! 😊

Well everyone, say hello to Ernie 🐢(it's the closest emoji to a sea turtle we could find 😅)
On our latest trip to @sealifehunstanton we met the lovely Ernie, a Green Sea Turtle who is aged between 20 and 39 years old!
Adult Green Sea Turtles can be found in subtropical and tropical seas of the Pacific, Atlantic and Indian Ocean. 🌊
Ernie was rescued from a Turtle farm but unfortunately he wasn't able to be released back into the wild as he was too used to and dependant on humans 😔
So Ernie now calls the Tropical Ocean tank at @sealifehunstanton his home and is well looked after and loved by the team ☺️
Funny story about Ernie, he's a bit of a mischief maker - he has figured out that if he bumps his shell against the water level sensor in the tank, he can make the sensor go off which means the staff members come running to check if everything is ok. The guys over at the sealife centre thinks he's doing it to try and get more food out of them 🙄😂
Você sabe a diferença entre Look out, Look after e Look for?
❗️Look out - pode ser como uma ordem ou conselho "tenha cuidado".
Look out! There’s a shark right behind you! / Cuidado! Tem um tubarão bem atrás de você
🤗Look after - significar cuidar, mais próximo do significado de se ter carinho, se importar e proteger.
My parents always looked after my education. / Meus pais sempre cuidaram da minha educação.
🧐Look for - é usado quando você perde algum objeto e, portanto, está procurando por ele.
I am looking for my glasses. / Eu estou procurando meus óculos.

The National Trust is a charity who look after the places we love, from houses, buildings and gardens to coasts and countrysides. They restore these places, protect them and open them up for everyone to enjoy.
They rely on the support from their members, donors and volunteers, as well as income from grant-making bodies and commercial activities like retail parks and food outlets.
At the moment, a lot of people are going to the sunflower fields down Rhossili Bay, South Wales. The beautiful sunflowers are in bloom through July and August, before they are harvested in September for the coming year. These sunflower fields are looked after and protected by The National Trust, making access to them free (you only have to pay a parking charge). However, there have been reports of people picking the sunflowers and trampling on them. This is saddening to hear because everyone should have respect for the sunflower fields and not ruin them for anyone else who wishes to visit.
If you visit a National Trust site, remember to always be mindful about the environment you are in and leave it in the same way that you arrived. Having respect for these sites ensures that they can be there again next year for more people to enjoy. - Sarah 🌷

It’s so important to take time to yourself away from your daily routine. It’s always amazing being in the hustle and bustle of the city, but sometimes it’s just not what your mind needs. I’ve really started to enjoy time in the countryside, leaving worries, stressed and social media at home. A blog post about the importance of admiring nature is coming tomorrow evening 🌱
