🙌I had started posting my daily goals since January this year. I began with simple ones that I wanted to improve on daily basis like my workout, nutrition, studies, my habit of overthinking, my communication with my family, my flat foot, my sleep pattern & even the content that i post on #instagram

🙋How has this daily goal setting helped me?

1âƒŖI am able to plan my day according to my priorities. Once we decide our priority tasks, it becomes a bit easy to carry on with the day unless some fire-fighting situation occurs. Quite often, I don't hit 100% of my tasks but I feel good even if I hit 70-80%. It gives me a sense of achievement!🙂👍

2âƒŖI have improved upon a lot of things both physically & mentally. My flat foot looks the same like a penguin's but due to towel curl exercise that I had been doing for more than 9 months, my ankle mobility has increased due to which I can squat deeper, do heavy deadlifts & leg presses &  run continuously for 15-20 mins at 9 kms/hr speed without hurting my knees

3âƒŖMentally, I have seen a lot of slow but important improvements in myself. I am able to control those over-thinking bursts now. No I don't meditate, but I have started consuming lesser information that has got nothing to do with me or my goals. I have started 5 mins of deep breathing before going to bed and it puts me to sleep within few minutes. Although I am still a work in progress but I feel good about thses mini wins🙂👍

4âƒŖI get a lot of DMs about what do I study. For me learning is growing and I want to keep learning till I am alive. Even if I get only 30 minutes in the day, I put my phone away in different room, cut off all the distractions & sit down to study. I have set some study goals & unless I complete them I can't reveal about them. I just don't want them to jet jinxed😀

🙋Recently, I have started journalling my day & will share the experience once I become consistent in my new developing habit!
