Georgian cuisine is notable for its diversity. Each of you probably tried khachapuri, khinkali, kebabs or any other dishes. Trying them and not falling in love with Georgian cuisine is impossible!
It is just as impossible as presenting Georgian cuisine without sauces. Georgian sauces are different in that they are made only from natural ingredients: vegetables, herbs, spices, and fruit and berry juices.
One of the representatives of Georgian sauces is Satsebela sauce. Satsebela can be found at almost every Georgian feast. It will be offered to you when ordering food in a restaurant or will bring it, even if you did not order it, because Georgians themselves consider it one of the most important sauces of traditional Georgian cuisine. In our time, the recipe has changed, and now every housewife prepares it in her own way. Most often, Satsebela is prepared from fresh tomatoes with the addition of various greens (cilantro, dill, basil), garlic, red pepper, and utskho-suneli seasoning is an essential ingredient. Anyone can choose Satsebela to their taste! It fits almost any dish (with the exception of desserts, of course 😁), and some Georgians just like to spread crunchy Georgian pita bread with this fragrant and tasty sauce. Any tourist should try this sauce, addiction guaranteed!🍅
Could Swiss pizza be better than Italian? 🤔 A most yummy one in Lugano as we left Bormio to go to Aosta.
The cocktail photo is of an Italian specialty called Aperol spritz. Here's the recipe: 2 parts Aperol, 3 parts prosecco, 1 splash of soda, ice, slice of orange.
The last pic is from inside a cool elevator!
Today at Lünersee. What a beautiful lake in the middle of the mountains ⛰ 1970m above the sea level. It’s the biggest leaks in Vorarlberg. Which is near to local community Vandas. Perfect to relax and calm down 😌#lünersee#austria#vorarlberg#travel#travelbug
Take me back to Venezia 😍 This is a picture I took during my first trip to Europe and I was utterly delighted! I met amazing people, we partied hardcore in Italy, woke up the next morning and took a boat to the beautiful city of Venice 🚣♀️🇮🇹
