  • im late bc im a disaster but day 25 of #makedecembersparkle was CHRISTMAS WOOO
i got to spend it with my boyfriends family n it was so lovely ♡♡♡ christmas lunch/dinner i went ALL OUT w turkey, potatoes, mash, beans, parsnips, peas, stuffing, red cabbage, a pig in a blanket n a veggie in a blanket and a token sprout (ew). some of almost everything on the table! for dessert i had three different cakes (chocolate orange, pecan n toffee roulade, n christmas cake) w brandy butter n brandy sauce. i also had fancy chocolates after♡
unpictured for breakfast i had 3 different thibgs??? wow not just cereal?? i had a mini bowl of fruit n fibre, tomatoes n bacon on toast, n a mini croissant!!
smashed it this day n it was so lovely i love my boyfriend n i felt so free it was so nice

  • Day 2 of #han_beats_jan COMPLETED!🌟 4 biscuits because when @han_beats_an asks you so nicely to exceed 3.. You think "why not? Biscuits are great🙃" And take that extra one😂 This was super hard especially since my weigh in didn't go that well😓 I won't go into detail but let's just say my body is annoying me quite a bit at the moment😅 I was debating whether or not to do this challenge since I wasn't feeling too well... But is there a better way to make yourself feel better than to eat some delicious food? I don't think so😶 I even have another challenge later (which you'll see when I post🙃) So... I just saw Han's post in which she was kindly asking people to stop messaging her their bmi and other triggering stuff... I have had people do the same... I get that it might not be your intention to do harm and that you just want advice/reassurance (or in some cases people just want to "prove" that they're more "sick" which is so wrong! It's not a competition) but please, please do NOT do it... You can ask for advice without going into too much detail😅 It can honestly really harm someone's recovery😓 Sorry, I just really needed to get that out there...   • definitely not the best photo pop but my gf & I went to dinner for NYE at @ivychelsgarden and it was incredible!! My first time going there and the staff were so helpful with accommodating a vegan 🌱 for starter we shared sourdough bread (they gave me olive oil & balsamic vinegar instead of butter) and courgette fries, and then for the main I had the sweet potato curry which was loaded with broccoli and chickpeas and served with rice & coconut yogurt - I was so full from the starter but this was honestly insane, probably the best curry i’ve ever had!! 😻 for dessert I got frozen berries with mango sorbet and the chef made a fresh strawberry sauce for me too!!
