當你能夠不再身不由己似地想逃離當下,

本體的喜悦就會注入你所做的一切。

當你將注意力轉向當下,

就會感到臨在、寧靜、平安。

你不再需要倚靠未來獲致自我實現或滿足感,

不再需要倚靠未來獲致救贖。

你不再執著於結果,不管成功或失敗,

都無法增減你内在的喜悦。

你已經在人生處境下,

追尋到自己的生命。

沒有了心理時間,

你的自我意識將來自本體,

而非所謂的過去背景。

因此,你渾然自足,別無所求。

當然,在現實世界中,

你也許還會變得富有、見多識廣或事業成功,

但在更深沉的本體向度中,

此刻你已臻至完整和圓滿了。

你將不再抱有不實的期待,

以為在未來

會有什麼事或什麼人可以為你帶來救贖或快樂。

你身處於人生處境的層次當中,

還是會想要達成或得到些什麼,

那是個形相的世界,是得與失的世界。

然而,在更深沉的層次裡,你已完整圓滿了,

正因為你知道,

所以無論做什麼,

都將充滿喜悦、充滿精力,
