The day the Parisian metro station felt like an archeological excavation site. A strata of wall uncovered a special piece of history of graphic design. I woke up from a daydream and saw incredible posters in Marcadet-Poissonniers, perhaps from the 50s. Minimalist posters of travels, illustrated liquor ads. Post-war marvels, promises of a better life. My battery was left and my camera nowhere to be found. I returned the next day. The passengers had taken a piece of history with them and collectively created a Jacques Villeglé-ish artpiece. All that was left were torn posters (and intact regulation and information panels). I wish I had an eidetic memory! #metroparisien#typography#metro#tornposters#vintageads#photography
Last Monday Okasan adopted me and we took the train. I'm not sure I liked it but it was nice being caressed through the net and looking at Okasan eyes filled with love. I ended up sleeping pretty peacefully, looking forward for what was next.
Then we took the metro to go straight to the vet and THAT was awful! Big dislike Okasan, remember that!
