  • I don’t want to sound dramatic when I say this...but this mac n cheese from @chickfila is life-changing! Now we all know that I have a serious affair going on with Chick-fil-A, because they love moms and kids and never judge me for having on yoga pants...again. It’s hard to find that kind of love in your life! But then they added mac n cheese to their menu. It’s like my heart for them just doubled in size again. Keep taking my money Chick-fil-A....just keep taking it. Quick suggestion though...please bring back the total lifetime points earned in the CFA One app...I had a bit of a competition going with a few people and now I don’t know if I’m winning...thanks!   • Did you Miss your Monday workout 🏋🏼‍♀️ ? This was workout #22out of 💯 workouts AND it ROCKED 💪

Totally wanted to this morning😴. Those nights when sleep is interrupted 😩 are tough! The war was ranging strong in my min🤯. Part of me was ... sleep in... you’ll feel great .. sleep is super important! The other part was like ... if you don’t get up you’ll feel worse . ⠀

What got my butt out of bed? Habit and Mel Robbins 5 sec rule 🙏🏻. Count backwards from 5 to 1 ...before you get to 1... take action before your mind puts a halt on it . If you have trouble getting your rear end out of your super comfy  bed, use the 5 sec rule. It WORKS❗️⠀

If you haven’t got your workout in yet do yourself a favor and get it done sometime today. Everyone has 30 minutes that they can devote to their  Health and fitness. I know our team  in our VIP groups are getting their workouts in so it holds me accountable to get mine in too👊💪⠀
