2 days of back to back workouts...
Friday I woke up feeling sick to my stomach. So I decided the extra sleep would benefit me more. Which of course meant doing both workouts on Saturday. Slept in Saturday scrubbed my house from top to bottom and knocked out my workouts no problem. 😁👊
Sunday is the only day that everyone is home at our house. So it usually is a pretty busy day for us. This new program I'm following is the first one I've done that Sunday isn't a rest day. Well we left the house early yesterday and did not return until late. So no workout yesterday. You guessed it. I had to double up again today. 😀
Bottom line I'm still getting it done. We all have busy lives. Sometimes and you just have to go with the flow. News flash guys... it's 100% ok to make it your own and do what works for you! 😘😍

Since my work week usually involves working on the weekend, #mondays often become days off. I’m a lucky musical 🧜🏻♀️ cellobrating #mermaidmonday today! Grateful for the time to getaway for some #selfcare so I can come back and rock our for y’all!
