Fitness Girl Sonia
completed 250 FGB sessions
We presented her with a necklace which holds the Tiger Eye Stone this is a powerful stone that represents the release of fear, and self doubt... the gain of strength and confidence
Tiger eye stone aids harmony
and balance in our lives as we move towards our goals. It stimulates taking action, being brave,
and having the courage to meet
with the strength we all seek within.
Staying focused, determined, and consistent even when the obstacles come our way is the way of the tiger. This necklace serves us as a reminder of our strength! we have had a few comments about why brielle hasn’t been seen in any videos lately, and thats because she has a minor injury in her rhomboid which she is getting fixed, so yes she is working out but just not able to film as she is modifying most movements atm.
Hi, My name is Cristal Harris and I have conversion disorder.
What is conversion disorder/ Functional Neurological Disorder? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s a brain 🧠 response where stress is converted to physical symptoms.
For me this has looked like:
📍Inability to recall basic info
📍 Memory loss
📍 Loss of appetite
📍Loss of ability to talk ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
📍Loss of ability to walk
📍Loss of motor function
📍Overall Body Weakness &
It’s Minority Mental Health Awareness Month and I just want someone out there trying to manage disorders/sicknesses to know they aren’t alone!
Measures that I’ve taken to care for myself:
💭 Have stronger sleep wellness: I go to sleep around the same time at night. I get out of bed when I wake up. I try to limit using my bed only to sleep.
💭 I stay in contact with my friends and family. I keep them in the loop about where I am, what’s happening and how they can support.
💭 I keep my emergency info in my phone. So that if I lose talking/memory someone can Identify me and seek help.
💭 I try to honor my bodies signals that’s say: SLOW DOWN SIS!
💭 I don’t hold onto anger, upset, or discomfort. I literally HAVE to deal with my stressors or I get sick.
💭 I accept that I am perfect the way that I am. Everyone’s body does something different when it’s uncomfortable and mine does this.
This post isn’t a pity thing; it’s an empowerment thing.

Whenever you choose the path less travelled, expect a little bit of pushback from people. Just don't ever forget that these are your goals, not theirs.

“an event, idea, or procedure that effects a significant shift in the current manner of doing or thinking about something. “
Not kidding before I changed my lifestyle I was lost, I had this dream in the back of my mind and watched other people fulfill them.
Don’t ever think you’re not good enough, or you can’t do something because of an opinion you have heard..
always be yourself and go with your hearts instinct, sometimes the things you want are worth going out of your comfort zone... and people are gonna talk either way, might as well give them something to talk about 🤗
