2 bananos grandes
1 tza de avena
1 cda polvo para hornear
2 cda Chia
1 cda vainilla

I made banana carrot walnut muffins with brown rice flour, coconut oil, eggs, honey, and yogurt❣️ They are relatively low calorie. But my husband who loves butter couldn’t help putting butter on top🤣

There is a lot that goes into to the differences between carbs, but one major difference is how quickly they will be digested by the body.
Most major sources of carbohydrates can be listed on a scale between 1 and 100. (1 being very slow digesting, and 100 being very fast digesting. This chart is called the Glycemic Index.
Anything below a 55 is knows to be more of a complex carb, and more slow digesting. These are carbohydrates that should be used at times that you aren’t using a ton of energy. Maybe you’re at work, or running errands.
Anything above a 70 is known to be more of a simple carb, and will be much more fast digesting. These carbohydrates should be used at times you are using a lot of energy. Most of the time that means right before or after a workout.
