Great Afternoon Loves!! Plain and simple........you can live without food but you ABSOLUTELY CANNOT live WITHOUT WATER!! Either hydrate or die a very slow death, literally. Maybe I'm talking too low because I don't think you hear me or believe me. Hydration should be your priority in regards to your health. Being dehydrated has levels and they all affect how you navigate through your day and life. Studies show that dehydration affects your brain(headaches, foggy brain, clouded thinking), your heart(palpitations), joints(pain), muscles(pain, tension), cells(blood circulation, gut(digestion, mood), skin(wrinkles, dryness, rough texture, breakouts), body(mobility, flexibility), mouth(dryness, sore tongue, soreness, lips(dry, cracked), eyes(dryness), scalp(inflamed), back(low back pain), neck(neck pain, stiffness). Have you experienced ANY of these symptoms? I will say this, if you have or ever experience heart palpitations and you DO NOT have a heart murmur, YOU BETTER STOP PLAYIN' WIT' YO LIFE!!! AND DRINK SOME WATER IMMEDIATELY!
Can you tell I'm VERY passionate about water, hydration and the care of self? You only get one life and we should treasure it on every level.
I'll get off my soapbox now, I hope this will encourage you to be mindful of your daily hydration. You should be drinking half your body weight in ounces PER DAY! If you have an athletic or active lifestyle, you should drink more to compensate for the activity.
