  • My summer has consisted of chillin, working out, jiu-jitsu, some skateboarding, but most of all being a porker eating so many different kinds of delicious vegan food, both healthy and unhealthy. I’m very thankful for my active lifestyle lol. I’m also thankful for friends like @raulmealprepromo who are willing to get some work in at any time. Today was a full body session:
1. Wall sits w/ 25# plate for 1 min, touch butt to floor, wall walk back up and box jump. (3 sets)
2. Side lunge squats w/ 65# barbell on back. 10 reps each side. (3 sets)
3. Neck raises- left, right, forward, and backwards. 10 reps each direction. (2 sets)
3. Knee-ups (idk the name lol, exercise in my story 😂🤷🏽‍♂️). 10 reps each leg. (3 sets)
4. Clapping push-ups. (3 sets of 10)
5. Triceps dips on bench. (3 sets of 10)
6. Abs 
Then did nogi class from 12-1 followed by 5 rolls.

p.s.- It was so hot the camera lens fogged up and we were too tired to reshoot lol.
