Mulla on ollu pieni probleema keksii jotain fiksua syötävää/välipalaa, jossa ei olis maitoa. On niin tottunu siihen et lähes jokasella aterialla syö jotain maitovalmisteits. Uskon et maidon välttäminen pitäis tän mun ongelmavatsan parempana ja siihen nyt pyritään. 🙌🏼

Best way to start off your day!😍 Seriously these pancakes were crazy delicious and I’m not just saying that cuz I have a slight addiction to blueberry 😋
But the best part is they are sooo insanely easy to make, all it took was literally - 1 scoop Blueberry protein ( you can use any flavor you enjoy) -1 teaspoon of baking powder -1/2 cup of water - 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Top them off with anything your heart desires! I went with white chocolate chips and a small amount of whipped cream thanks to my honey @logancote05 for finishing it off haha
And then of course cannot forget the beautiful drizzle of syrup!

Recently I was talking with a client who said she cannot stop snacking when she gets home from work. 🍿🍪 After work, this client would feel like she was on autopilot and just grazed from the second she got home to the second she went to bed 💤 . This made her feel frustrated, because each night she would go to bed with an uncomfortably full stomach from overeating and mad at herself for not having more willpower. 😥⠀
I asked about her meal and snacking habits throughout the day, and come to find out this client would skip breakfast to make up for her hours of grazing the previous night. 🤦♀️ She felt that skipping breakfast would undo the “damage” that she did the night before and was able to justify this habit that way. I immediately recommended that she incorporate breakfast into her morning routine 🍇🍳🥐, even if it meant at first starting with something very small. In the beginning this made my client feel a little stressed out and worried that she would gain 10 pounds from eating breakfast everyday. BUT guess what happened?! 😱After consistency and adding breakfast into her daily routine, her post-work grazing decreased and she did not gain the 10 pounds like she thought she would!!🙌 This made her feel empowered because she no longer dreaded her evenings and nights after work like she previously had, and felt more energized at work and throughout the day from eating in the morning. 🤩⠀

Coconut Flour Protein Pancakes!! Super simple + easy pancake mix, but the real MVP is my iced coffeee !!! I don’t drink coffee very often but when I do it has to be like this, coffee latte, coffee on ice and @califiafarms almond milk for that creamy delicious texture (can’t wait to try their creamer tho) went perfectly with my pancakes, here the recipe:
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 scoop @sunwarriortribe vegan protein
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
2 flax eggs (2 tbsp + 5 tbsp water)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup almond milk or water
Stir dry ingredients in a large bowl
Prepare flax egg (let it soak for at least 10 mins) and add wet ingredients until smooth consistency
Pour spoonful of batter on medium skillet, cook until crispy and serve with your fav toppings

On Sundays I usually do something different than my normal breakfast shake. Today the family decided on pancakes. So today's breakfast of choice was 🍌 Bread Pancakes with mixed 🍓! 🤤🤤🤤🤤 Check out how I made them! Recipe is at the end.

Flourless pancakes. This was an experiment I tried out for an IG friend who reached out asking if I had a lower carb protein pancake after my last pancake post. I am not in any sort of Prep right now but I understand wanting to cut carbs as a person gets closer to a show so I found this very simple flourless recipe. I have the step by step videos and then a video with my personal thoughts on this little experiment. Again I’m not in prep so my tastebuds aren’t as deprived as someone who’s been very strict with their nutrition for a long time so my review is a bit biased. Scroll to the end for the recipe and ingredient snapshot. Macro breakdown for 3 pankcakes P-33g C-12g Cal-189 F- less than 1g which is pretty fantastic. -
-Mash ripe bananas. I waited all week for mine to spot up and be ready for this recipe. They need to be soft and overripe -stir in 8 scoops Iso100 protein powder
-stir in 2 cups egg whites -1/8-1/4 cup coffee creamer (optional)
-I added 3 scoops of casein to thicken it up. Edit>Could probably use 2 and let the batter sit for a minute or two to let the casein thicken like it naturally does. -cook up batter like normal. I use a 1/4c scoop to measure the batter onto the griddle. *Makes 27 pancakes. -

*Ran out of buckwheat flour, so we tried spelt flour as a base instead. A bit lighter and fluffier, which we both really liked! I’ve made it with oat flour and didn’t like it as much, so spelt for a lighter cake and buckwheat for a denser pancake is the way to go! .
➡️Vegan Pancake Recipe: (for 2ppl).
• 1 banana (mashed).
• 2T ground flaxseed meal.
• 3/4c spelt flour .
• 2 scoop Planta vegan strawb jam protein powder from (discount: “abv”) .
• 1/2tsp cinnamon .
• 1/2tsp vanilla extract .
• 1tsp baking powder
• 1T ACV
• 1 1/3c of almond milk.

Because a New Orleans girl can’t simply follow a recipe, I’ve doctored up the Trader Joe’s Protein Pancake Mix. I add a little vanilla extract (a trick I learned from my father-in-law) some liquid stevia and a few handfuls of fresh blueberries. #sundaybreakfast#proteinpancakes#freshblueberries

Costco had @kodiakcakes mix on sale awhile back so I picked some up to try out. I really wanted pancakes this morning and I had some @1stphorm Level 1 Blueberry Muffin so I made some protein pancakes. THEY WERE DELICIOUS....(and Elliana approved!) .
The recipe is super simple and 3 ingredients: (2 Servings) -1 Cup Kodiak Cakes mix
-1 Cup Water
-1 Scoop Level 1 Blueberry Muffin .
Mix all together and cook in a frying pan. I made four 5" pancakes and a little baby one for Elliana. I cooked up some eggs and you could add some turkey sausage too. .

I woke up wanting to try a new recipe so I took a swing at making some protein pancakes🥳. I made some bfast for mother dearest and I so I doubled the ingredient count, but I gotchuuu for what you’ll need to make ~ 4 pancakes 😋.
🥞1-1 1/2 scoops of choc protein
🥞1 tbsp ground cinnamon
I blended the protein powder, cinnamon, and banana together in my ninja, then I poured the batter into the egg, and lastly whisked it all together for some gooodness. If you try it out let me know how you like it 💁🏻♀️.

Mini almond dark chocolate pancakes ( all protein pancakes I used “maple pancake” beyond yourself isolate. You can also use “maple waffle” creed by perfect sports. Both are great!)
Greek yogurt topping: lactose free green yogurt, peanut butter cookie MRE lite protein powder , baking cocoa, cinnamon.
White chocolate drizzle: sugar free white chocolate pudding mix & organic almond/cashew milk

3 ingredient PB chocolate chip PROTEIN pancakes 🤩 this plate of 3 pancakes with toppings has ~ 25 grams of protein!! And still taste just like normal pancakes 🙌🏼 here’s what you need:
-1/2 cup Buttermilk Kodiak Cakes pancake mix @kodiakcakes -a little over 1/3 cup water
-1 tbsp powdered peanut butter (I used @pb2foods chocolate pb)
-desired amount of unsweetened chocolate chips (I use @lilys_sweets)
*Optional addition of protein powder of choice but imo u don’t even need it just add some water if u do!
Cook em till golden on nonstick skillet on medium heat and serve warm w peanut butter of choice, banana slices and hemp seeds like I did here 😋 makes ~3 pancakes
First time making protein pancakes🥞. Not gonna lie....kinda became a cross between a soft cookie and a pancake 😂....my bad. a little dry but great taste will defiantly change the recipe and uploaded it when I perfect a recipe.
Recipe: Protein packed pancakes🥞 💛🥞without any protein powder 🙌🏼
- 1/2 cup oats
- vanilla extract - 1/2 cup cottage cheese - 2 eggs 🥚🥚
-optional: half a banana🍌
+ toppings of your choice 🍯
Blend all ingredients till smooth add milk of your choice if need be. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
Cook on medium heat and then devour!😋
