  • Support a local dream via GoFundMe: [LINK IN BIO] The story starts when I moved to Fresno, California eleven years ago from the Bay Area. Fresno is, and always will be, my home because of all the opportunity this city has given me.
It’s also the beginning of my next chapter. Three years ago, I met my now fiancé Josh. He became my rock and always allowed me to pursue my dreams (even the craziest ones) to find my true place of happiness. He’s a number cruncher, I’m a creative. We make the perfect team! This leads us to our newest venture we are excited to announce: @bitemefresno.

Bite Me will be a grab and go style neighborhood experience where we will be baking gluten free items (everything from muffins, cupcakes, cookies, seasonal items - the works)! We’ll be partnering with local crafters of food and drinks to bring people together in Downtown Fresno. Our projected location is a live/work unit at The Lede.

So what do all these details mean, and why this GoFundMe? A few months ago, I was ready to leave Fresno. I was offered an amazing opportunity to move back to San Francisco and work a six figure job in something I knew I could do. But it wasn’t what I wanted to do. You see, I’ve always been a yes man. Whenever someone need me, I was there. It burned me out, I crashed and burned, multiple times. This is something I’ve always wanted to do, but couldn’t do it alone.

My fiancé is giving me the greatest sacrifice. We are getting married on February 22, 2020. Our idea was to do an amazing destination elopement. So far we’ve saved $2,500 for a week in Amsterdam. He’s allowing me to use that money (all $2,500 of it), move out of our loft we love, into a new live/work unit, to start Bite Me because in his words he “wants to see me happy.” We’re hoping to get the funds matched and raise another $2,500 to start Bite Me and open in late 2019.

Thank you in advance for all your love and support! We’re excited to begin a new venture for our Downtown community that we live, work, shop and eat in. - Justin, Josh, Pup Benji, Pup Cooper Support a local dream via GoFundMe: [LINK IN BIO] The story starts when I moved to Fresno, California eleven years ago from the Bay Area.
