So I’ve officially got 2 jobs. I work for FixAuto out in Brea and I jst started doing work for @socalautospa which is literally in the same facility 😂
I don’t even have to drive there after I clock out from fix. I jst walk over. I work 9-10 hrs a day at fix then i head over for round 2 and continue working at the homies shop. On top I’m still doing side jobs. Talk about being on the grind! I’m workin my ass off like if i had a wife n kids. I don’t even have a GF. 😩
But i am accepting GF applications 🤣 Ladies! I’m your ticket to extremely affordable shop work. 🤣
Your reward for putting up with me and my BS will b free or at cost work, if you play your cards right 😂
I wanna see your MCM lift up a spray gun and shoot a smooth ass paint job. They probably too focus on keeping their Jordan’s clean while waitin in line for the bus 😂
Rounding off the day earlier with another handover and this time it was one of our fantastic Audi A3's finding a great new home. Thank you very much for choosing #swcarsuperstore, we hope you enjoy your car!
One of our long term projects here at the shop is this pretty neat ‘34 Ford 3-window coupe that has an engine that has already established its status as a hot rod engine. The Joe Reath-built 59AB flathead V8 sitting in between the frame rails is the same engine that beat the 40-year old XF/BGC record of 139.379 by running an average of 146.944 at Bonneville in 2014. It has retired from racing and will be providing the motorvation for this chopped coupe. The chop on the coupe will be occurring after some sheet metal work on the bottom end has been done. The patina will be preserved as well. The chassis is one we have spent a lot of time on as the only chassis parts that we didn’t make are the front crossmember and ASC outer frame rails. Everything in between started out as flat sheets of steel we cut out on our plasma table, shaped, then welded together. The rear frame rails bob up and sit closer to the body as the fuel tank will be relocated to inside. The Flathead is backed by a C4 automatic which sends the power through a Winters quick-change. @basskustom brakes up front and @bolingbrothers Lincoln brakes out back will bring this hot rod to a stop in a hurry. The quick-change is held in place by split ‘36 Ford radius rods and the torque arm is custom-made in house and spliced to an early Ford radius rod. Rear shock mounts are our own which is available to be purchased. @kohlerkustom dropped the ‘32 heavy axle up front 4 inches to get the rake we wanted. #murraykustomrods#fortworth#cowtown#stockyards#texas#wherethewestbegins#hotrodshop#hotrod#kustom#racecar#fabshop
