  • For August 1st of 2019 to August 1st of 2020!
The #OneGodOneYear Challenge is the worldwide church coming together to go deeper. In Ephesians 5:16, Paul talks of us being wise by redeeming the time. One of the definitions of redeeming is to compensate (or make up for) the faults or bad aspects of something. We all have faults. Some hidden and some that we readily admit to.

Over this next year, you choose what you will add to your life...or remove from your life...to redeem the time you've been given. #OneGodOneYear is about you and God, but we pray that by bearing witness, encouraging each other, and sharing testimony throughout your #OneGodOneYear challenge, we fulfill Christ's hope in John 17:23: "May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me." Over the next year, you may give God your time by what you take away. Examples are choosing not to date or not watch ESPN and instead giving Him that focus. Or, it may be about what you add. Extra hours of prayer, more offering, or one year dedicating to what He's already called you to do, even if you're afraid, even if you don't know what you're doing. It's up to you.
Be sure to use #OneGodOneYear so that we can all encourage you on!
