What a flash back, I was about 22 years old and I cringe everytime I look at this picture. I was on a super dark path from fighting from addiction, to drinking and partying alot, being in a toxic relationship and doing alot of shit I shouldn't of been doing or ever thought I'd do. It took me one day I looked in the mirror and I could honestly say I was disgusted in myself and something had to change, I had to change. I made a promise to myself that I'd never let myself ever get that low again. Fitness and body building saved me it kept me away from toxic people, kept me away from drugs, kepted me away from going to bars every Friday and Saturday night and drinking till I black out and not remember the next day and kept me in the best shape of my life. In a couple weeks I'll be turning 30 years old and I look back at these photos and it motivates me to keep grinding and doing betterand to never be back on that dark path and road ever again. We all have our stories and past but I feel like alot of us forget where we come from and how far we have come as individuals. Alot of people get the cocky and big headed attitudes and think they're better than everyone or some get so caught up in trying to get better or constantly on the grind and think it's not good enough and they forget how far they have come. Keep grinding, keep hustling, keep pushing for greatness but be HUMBLE and remember where you came from and stay blessed. Like rows through out life there are times that we have to focus on pulling back in order to move forward, doesn’t have to mean we are going backwards or going to be worse off as long as we keep focused on our desired destination or our goal
Alternating the weight between heavy low reps to high rep with low weight to confuse and activate the muscle.
Can definitely feel the pump much faster and muscle burn with this approach. 5 sets of 15-20 low weight reps and finish with heavy 6-8 rep for 4 sets more.

First full week back at the gym done and dusted... couple of things I couldn’t do at all and I didn’t lose as much strength as I thought I would have, kind of surprised how hard a can actually go but in saying that I have to remain humble and build up slowly to where is was before the operation and then proceed to push on further... all in all a good week been had and I hope everyone else has had an amazing week and stepped a bit closer to their goals... no let enjoy the weekend
