  • Today my Woman Crush Wednesday - @deniseminnaar myself.

I have been struggling with selflove and accepting myself these last couple of weeks. I noticed so many flaws and gave more attention to my weaknesses instead of thriving on my strengths.
But today I am proud.
I am who I am because I have fought so damn hard for this woman.
I love every single little bit of me.
Every curve, every cellulite , every ab , every muscle.
From now on , I will be my own goals and motivation. I am not going to measure myself against any other woman. I hold my happiness in my own hands.
You do you baby girl❤️ #selflove #womancrushwednesday #fitness #bikinibodybuilding #bodybuilding Today my Woman Crush Wednesday - @deniseminnaar myself. Mental Health is the toughest thing I’ve ever had to deal with. Growing up I had my entire life planned out and I thought that it would workout that way. Well, reality smacked me in the face. I was getting ready to graduate college, everyone was asking me what my plans were and I knew, but that question still gave me a lot of anxiety. One morning I woke up and I couldn’t take it anymore. I knew I was going on to get my masters and been accepted into the program, I had a GA position and everything but the anxiety would not stop! Everything was so right but the idea taking the next step in life was scary. I went to a psychologist and I got help. I am a perfectionist but I learned that nothing is perfect. I have learned to let things go and enjoy each moment of life because everything happens for a reason. I cut off a lot of people and started doing what was doing best for me. Some people who I thought were my friends, were really my enemies. I couldn’t worry about what other people thought anymore. After getting help, I saw a lot of improvement and was finally living day by day. As soon as I stopped stressing, things fell into place. I learned to be carefree. I am currently working in my field at Cabell Huntington Hospital in the cancer center. I work with genetic patients by helping them and their families prevent cancer. I have found a good group of friends, my family is great, and I am in a happy relationship. I try to surround myself with positive people and support everyone around me. My advice to people is to accept what’s in front of you and make the best of it. It’s okay to get help, its okay to not know whats next, and its okay to do whats best for you. All good things take time. Just go with the flow and don’t worry about other people. #happywomancrushwednesday 💗 • Olivia Maynard- Genetic’s Outreach Coordinator.
