Great job by Isco to get out of this tight, high pressure situation using a simple Cruyff turn.

As you see, he is using his left foot in this instance. That’s why it’s super important to make sure that you are always always always using both legs when you are training certain technique/skill moves.
•
One of my favorites to train the Cruyff is to build yourself a box, simply dribble around and only turn/cut using the Cruyff Turn.
•
1️⃣Build yourself a 10 x 10 box.
2️⃣Dribble around the box with a bit of pace and only use the Cruyff turn to cut and get out of right spaces.
3️⃣Work for 3-6 sets of 30 seconds, and then rest for 30 seconds.
4️⃣When you are feeling comfortable and you have the technique down, look to move at fast speeds.
5️⃣Work for 15 seconds, rest for 15 seconds and work for 6-10 sets.
