Dopo la conferenza stampa mattutina, con vari ospiti, nel pomeriggio, presso il centro sportivo "Il nuovo grillo", è iniziato il primo allenamento 1VS1 con i ragazzi della Blue Devils.

The simple weight shift is that major key to make the ball travel quickly and smoothly.
•
How to work on this:
1️⃣Build yourself a small box to work in.
2️⃣Begin by sweeping the ball from one inside of the foot to the other one.
3️⃣Sweep the ball diagonally down and back.
4️⃣After the sweep, take the inside touch forward and sideways to repeat.
5️⃣Keep the knees bent and focus on the simple weight shift from one foot to the other.

Work for 2 sets of 10 reps each foot to be the technique and movement down.
•
Once comfortable, plug in 3-6 sets working for 30 seconds and resting for 30 seconds.
•
Focus on technique and quality throughout!.

Using tennis balls in training can really help out in improving your reactions and make a big impact, having good reactions is essential in order to become a top keeper, you'll need to be able to react quickly in lots of different situations such as one on ones, crosses, deflections, penalties etc. This is why you need to practice them regularly so that you can perfect them, there's 3 drills shown in this post that are very simple but extremely effective, as you can see they help with different types of reactions that you will need to be good at.
