When we get said ‘validation’, we feel awesome. Likes are climbing, DM’s are pinging, enquiries are through the roof. It’s a good feeling, right? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What about when your content *doesn’t* perform though? What happens when you’re losing followers, not maintaining your engagement rate and struggling to get new business? It has the opposite effect. We feel like failures and, if we’re seeking validation through socials, our cup literally empties itself out all over the shop. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
