World Kindness Day ❤️ NO ❌
Being kind shouldn't have a day. It should be a normal thing. An everyday thing. An empowering thing. But it isn't, which is why I actively talk about it. People have shifted to a selfish, uncaring way of going about their lives. And I won't stand by it and I don't think you do either 🔥
Here are a few small things you can do to be kind to someone today:
✨ Message a friend you haven't spoken to since you or they were busy and check up on them.
✨ Check on your colleagues, university or school peeps, get them something small to eat.
✨ Give your parents, siblings or loved on a hug and tell them you love them.
✨ Go up to a begger and ask them if they'd like something to eat and buy them a rice packet.
✨ If you've been having a rough couple of days/weeks/months give yourself some love, take some time to travel, eat, lift, love. You owe yourself a lot more than you think.
Try one or more of these and I'd love to hear what you did. So we can share it through me so more and more people see what's happening and join on board.
Kindness is not a one time fad, it's a full blown movement. Join me in building an empire with kindness 👊🔥
