10 year difference between each picture. The difference isn’t whether or not we look older, younger, better then or better now, skinnier, fatter or the same. That is all superficial. 💎
The difference lays in the inner maturity and evolvement that has taken place during that decade. The ups and downs, the laughter, the tears, joys and sorrows and many other things that transpire in our lives and how those things can change us for the better or for the worse. 💎
What holds the most weight is how you handle the battles in life and who you choose to be your partner in the fight...not just for a decade but for a lifetime. 💎
The past ten years has only been less than half of the the time my husband and I have chosen to fight side by side and not against each other. The battle has not always been easy but for 29 years (almost three decades) we have chosen to remain each other’s battle partner. 💎
Wedding vows hold a lot of weight and are said by two very imperfect humans who have been perfectly created for each other. We have endured all the wounds life can leave...because we all know life hits hard, but we have healed together. 💎
Our choices may not have always been the right ones. However, the choice to LOVE each other through it all has ALWAYS been made and that is what makes a decade worth posting about. Until death do us part...ride or die for life. 💎
“A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.”
Ecclesiastes 4:12 NLT
our anniversary... Is a moment to treasure, a day to remember, and a special reason to celebrate one more year of loving you. We have lived together, learned together, and grown together. We've found a love that is strengthened in the gentle hands of time, because we have nurtured each other's spirits, encouraged each other's dreams, held each other's burdens and share each other's joys........
Ahhhhh it’s been awhile since I’ve posted ... I promise I am still getting my workouts in ... whether they have been solo or with my hubby 😎
We may have switched the schedules up a bit, but one way or another we are still right on track with #thework finished Day 20/36 and I am going slow and steady solo with #mm100 when the urge for distressing arises 🙃 only 9 more workouts and Phase 2 will be complete!
I am so glad I found working out, it’s definitely helping with my insanity (especially during the busiest time of year)
💫Travel Buddies💫 .
The best travel team mate I could ask for 💕
What I lack you make up for (spontaneous decisions and courage to do scary things) and what you don’t have I’ve got (common sense when you want to plan scary things and budgeting skills) perfect match❤️😍
