  • Двойной молочный стаут от @redbuttonbrew с добавлением черноплодной рябины. Сцуко, вязать должно, по идее. Помню, рвал эту шляпу в огороде деда как заведённый в детстве. Н-де, было время... Тащит из бокала никак. Ну, как никак, стаутом точно выпасает. Но незатейливо. Кофеёк, шоколадочка. Типа, видели - знаем. А вот по части вкуса начинается диссонанс в башке, ибо рябины сюда положили хорошенечно. Она, конечно, не вяжет, как у деда в огороде, но отчетливо прослеживается. Сочненько так прослеживается. Сначала прям нахлынывает, а опосля кислинкой оттеняет привычный мягкий посыл молочного стаута. Вот в данном случае 0,33 оправданно абсолютно.   • 5° OF SEPARATION - DEYA X UNITY // @unitybrewingco are definitely an underrated brewery and one I'm guilty of neglecting on shelves but every beer I've had from them so far has been pretty solid. Definitely need to pay their new taproom a visit. Being a @deyabrewery fanboy I was attracted to this beer although not a style Deya are known for. In fact, on a world of hazy IPAs, fruit sours and big Imperial Stouts, this isn't a particularly popular style - which I think is another thing that made this stand out to me. Always good to learn more about the diversity of beer and support breweries experimenting. Anyway, this is a 6% abv belgian chocolate stout. I was confused if that meant it was a Belgian stout brewed with chocolate or a stout brewed with Belgian chocolate. I think the answer is both? 🤷‍♂️ It's brewed with lots of toasted cacao nibs and fermented with Unity's house Belgian yeast strain. There is a but if thick decadent chocolate in there but it's more complex with dry, fruity, bready, estery flavours I'd attribute to a Belgian yeast. Not a straight up chocolate pastry stout as a lot of people would want but a bit more interesting.   • You ever heard of the 2015 @gooseisland infected Bourbon County Brand Stout? It was infected with a strain of Lactobacillus acetotolerans.  This particular bottle is from Oct 30 2015 which is one of the infected dates.  I drank a bottle of this back in 2015. I wasn't a fan back then. I'll be honest though,  this bottle tastes like what I tasted from back then. It's very sour, not what one expects from a Stout. But is it good?  Well, as I have developed more of an appreciation for sour notes in beers, I can say this isn't as bad as I once considered it to be.  But it's not a good stout. But yes I can handle it this way now. In 2015, no, it was horrible.  Guess I'm working myself up to tasting that huge bottle of Double Bastard I've been aging since 2015.  It's about time to crack that bitch open. Jk I think I may wait for a special date in a couple years just to make sure it's a worthwhile reason to wait!

Во вкусе черника, причем очень жесткая и спиртуозная и наверное даже какая то химическая что ли, ненатуральная. 
Море спирта. Совсем несбалансированно. 
Это мне так не повезло? Варка плохая или что? Очень странно для Омниполло. Скорее всего просто с бутылкой не повезло, но пить за 800+ рублей такое я не хочу. Убрать бы отсюда лишний спирт и наверное было бы хорошо. А пока оценка такая.
