Starting on the 4th of February 2020

This course is for anyone who wants to take their understanding of health, fitness and wellbeing to the next level.

Our goal is to provide you with all the knowledge, tools and resources that you need, over a 12 week period, so that you can make your own decisions in life.

In our first week, we will be breaking down the broad definitions of health, fitness and wellbeing, while also creating some SMART goals, setting up your digital platform where you can keep track of your set tasks each week.

As the week’s progress, we dive deeper into the specific tools needed to improve your Health, Fitness and Wellbeing.

Week 3 - Energy Balance
Week 4 - Macro Managing
Week 5 - Micro Managing
Week 6 - Nano Managing
Week 7 - The Competitive Edge

Week 10 - Why it works/doesn’t work
Week 11 - How to go Vegan/Plant-Based
Week 12 - Maintaining your Health & Fitness

We want you to get the best out of this course, so we highly recommend you attend all weeks, from start to finish to avoid falling behind on tasks and missing vital info. However, we do understand a lot of you have busy lives, so you will be welcome to join any week, at your own discretion.

This event has been specifically designed to create a friendly and educational environment with a community atmosphere in mind.

  • Killed it bench pressing with my uncle @thatmanthan and hit some rep PRs with 315. 😁 Didn't go heavy heavy for once and stopped at 315 for sets. Session was 2x10 135, 1x5 185, 1x5 225, 1x5 275, 2x6 315 PR's, 1x3 315 long pauses, and 1x16 225 pause reps all within 35 minutes. 💪 Then did close grip dumbbell presses, pull ups, pull downs, spider curls, tricep extensions, shrugs and hammer strength machine low row pulls. 🤘 Felt good and overall great session! 🙏 Killed it bench pressing with my uncle @thatmanthan and hit some rep PRs with 315. 😁 Didn't go heavy heavy for once and stopped at 315 for sets.
