  • Our Next Beginners Yoga course at Neston begins on Thursday 29th August at 6:30pm!

Based inside the beautiful studio at @realfoodkitchen365 in Neston, this is the perfect opportunity to spend 5 weeks learning all there is to know about Yoga in a wonderful setting too!

Not only will you learn traditional standing and seated poses and benefits (including adaptations to suit all levels of ability), you will also gain an understanding of how your body works, what limits you and how to progress safely. 
Over the 5 weeks, you will adopt techniques for meditation and breathing, deep rooted stretches to support flexibility and aid any injuries and ultimately by the end, know how to make these asanas flow into a sequence to boost relaxation, mood, sleep - all kinds of wonderful things 🙏🏻 We encourage you to go beyond what a pose looks like, to look within, to notice what it feels like for you. The aesthetics of the pose are not important. What is important is that you develop ways to become more flexible, get fitter, find coping strategies for dealing with stress and anxiety or even just feel uplifted by trying something new.

The course runs consecutively every Thursday at 6:30pm for 5 weeks.
