  • #Mcm Believe it or not once upon a time we had only one child!👀 I used to look at our dining table and tell him "Imagine one of our kids sitting in each one of these chairs!" NOW LOOK AT US!😆 I've been from thinking marriage is a trap and that kids wasn't going to happen for me, to a whole family of 6.👀 All thanks to this coco loco.😂😍 Seriously though he's the only one that can drive me crazy both good ways😉 and sometimes bad🙃, but I love him.😍 We still have many goals to accomplish, but as always together by the grace of God we can get through it all!💪

  • Well, I guess it's time to address this, First of all a huge thankyou to all of you for supporting me, Friends, Family and loved ones, people who have displayed kind words and support on instagram, those in the streets, people at the shows, the judges, those who go to the same gym as me and huge thankyou to my coach @deividas_jursa, what we did in 6 weeks is crazy and I'll show you guys the difference, what me and my coach will bring to a show next year will be dangerous, I didn't have the level of condition needed but from what I've been told by fellow competitors, judges and those of an opposition, I have a week balanced shape, I'm Symmetrical and I have a good foundation to build on and I will do exactly that but next year I will be peeled, no mistakes next year, one very controversial decision has now made this wolf very hungry.

I'm not one for excuses guys, I know exactly what I must work on I need more width to my back and more of a cap to my shoulders so I will do exactly that, it's taken certain people to help me believe in what potential I have, I'm not saying I'll be a pro but I do believe I can be a real threat, a thorn in someones heel, I can see I have so much to develop and I can tell I'm no where near my peak of development, I'm not gonna sit here and be sour, no way... Me and @deividas_jursa are going to prep intelligently, precisely and critically, I will train hard, diet well, I will not get out of shape, i will stay around 10-12% body fat and next year i will be even better, i want to highlight that this isn't arrogance, this is confidence in my ability, in my genetic structure, this is belief given to me by my coach, other competitors, judges, friends and family, to all of you guys out there who believed and supported me, I thank you all and next year I will show your belief was not misplaced, next year I will place again and i will keep on placing until i win. 🏆 .

So typically Monday is the day most people kind of slack off and use as an extra recovery day fron the weekend but I challenge you today to separate yourself from the pack and do that extra excercise,extra rep or just  start that workout program and/or nutrition plan(NOT diet) that you have been procrastinating on!! I promise you won’t regret it and WILL feel amazing and accomplished after,and it WILL set the tone for a productive week !🙂🙏

My health has always been at the top of my priority list.  As I’m getting older that hasn’t changed! I turned 56 years old a couple of weeks ago and I feel amazing! You can too! And don’t forget to #makeitburn #sweatieselfie time! Day 50 is in the 💼 (I did work out number 51!)
