Today was one of those days 😣 Headachy, moody, tired, blah. After dinner, I felt like I could use some fresh air. We grabbed jackets & went outside on a family walk in the dark.
We raked leaves, played at the park, climbed trees & looked at this incredible full moon through our telescope 🌕
Almost in an instant my mood changed. I was taken back to childhood when one of my favorite memories was ONE night when we went outside as a family. On a school night. Breaking the rules of bedtime. To play night games & simply enjoy being together 🍁
I always wonder what my kids will remember. What memories will stick with them forever. I hope tonight is one of them. Like it will be for me 🥰

Sort of an ~omoonous~ vibe tonight with this full Moon in October as we approach Halloween! Tonight’s Moon is referred to as the the Hunter’s Moon, a title given in relation to the arrival of prime hunting season before the winter. If you can, get a glimpse of the sky tonight - the Moon is so bright that you can often see your surroundings without any additional light! #moon#moonphoto#telescope#huntersmoon
After the farm and cheer practice we decided to unwind with some ranger Jacob and listen to some "scary" stories by the fire on fantastic October night. We watched the 🌕 rise, had some snacks and checked the moon up close with a large telescope.

I don't think this area gets enough love compared to the core. There are plenty of big and small features that make the outer edges beautiful.
