Another post from home as I'm wrapping up my trip overseas. So far I've shot just over 400GBs of footage, so It's safe to say I'll be very very busy over the next few months.
Can't wait to share some of this amazing footage I've taken over the last month. 📸🎬
With this week being Mental Health Awareness Week, have a think of the things you can do to help keep your mental health healthy. It's not always simple, but there are little things we can all do to make a positive difference. For me, getting outdoors and taking a walk always helps keep things in check. #mhawnz
In Tibetan culture, Beyuls are areas of intense paradise; utopias created with unimaginable beauty that are so far beyond the reach of man that only those who are willing undergo intense hardship can find them. Beyuls exist today, in the ordinary and extraordinary elements of life we find meaning. A log cabin sitting in a clearing, next to a crackling fire. A gentle path leading down to the calm waters of a bay. A kanine companion happily following the trail with you. The smell of a warm coffee as dawn breaks over the mountains. The quiet movements of the orcas as they emerge from the depths below. All simple moments, but all pieces of an intense paradise.
Do you like traveling with your lovely pet? 🐶💖
Bring him or her around and cheer up each others together! ✌️
Sharing every moments on the way and be happy together in Utah 🇺🇸
Going where I feel the most alive. 🇺🇸
I’ve realized these past few months that the mountains hold answers to questions I haven’t thought of yet.
Cheering for the long weekend (even though Mason and I both work tomorrow) you can bet our camping gear will make it out afterwards! 🏔⛺️🌾
One of my favorite parts about camping is waking up with the sun and for just a little while, it feels like time doesn’t exist and it’s just Mason, Helen and I dancing around with too much coffee. I also pretend that they like when I do my happy sunbeam-soak-up dance. 💃
I got some good advice to send forth the energy that I expect to receive back, and I think it’s about time I focus more on that. Moving to Utah was/is scary. No one here knows I don’t have friends while I say hello on the sidewalks, no one here knows I get lost everyday on my runs, but I’m ready to take Utah on and to make the most out of it. I’m going to go out looking for what makes me feel the most alive, and I’m going to charge towards it. 🏜
