Finally made it to @blazepizza for the first time and had a good experience. Everyone was very nice. A+. I chose the Build Your Own($8.45) with the original dough, classic red sauce, double vegan cheese, double vegan spicy chorizo, olives, mushrooms, artichokes, roasted garlic and a dash of oregano. After it was baked, finished it off with baby arugula. I have to say the Spicy Chorizo has a good amount of A LOT of heat!🔥😂 I like that things are marked vegan and that they are a strawless establishment! 👏

It’s an  Easy recipe that is spreadable, melts fabulously on toast and is great for baking and frying.
If you love homemade things, then you will love this homemade vegan butter! It is: * Creamy
* Buttery
* Spreadable
* Melty
* Great for baking or frying * 	1 cup (240ml) Refined Coconut Oil (Melted)*
* 	2 Tbsp Canola Oil* (See Notes)
* 	1/3 cup (80ml) Unsweetened Cashew or Almond Milk
* 	1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
* 	1 tsp Nutritional Yeast
* 	Small Pinch Turmeric
* 	1/2 tsp Salt
* (Optional) ½ cup / 8 tablespoons almond flour/meal if you make your own in a food processor make sure there is no skin on the almonds as otherwise you'll end up with little brown bits through your butter ** this makes for a more dense and rich tasting butter mmmmm!  But still really good without it! 
Instructions

If using the ground almonds add to blender, if not just add milk, salt, nutritional yeast & vinegar into a blender and blend until smooth. * 
Don't let the blender get too warm while it's blending or the butter can split!
Pour in the refined coconut oil and olive oil then blend on full speed until velvety smooth and light and airy.  About a minute or  so in the blender. * 
Pour into a container, cover and refrigerate. A glass jar with a lid is perfect. The time it takes to set will depend on how deep your container is. You are looking at at least a couple of hours although you can hurry it up by placing it in the freezer for a little while.

Notes
When using cashew or almond milk for making this butter, it’s creamy and rich without having an overpowering flavour.  Soy milk is great, but there is a chance it will curdle in this recipe —which is why We recommend not using it. *Must be refined coconut oil not extra virgin coconut oil.
*Avocado oil is a great option to use instead of canola oil.   • Dia de conhecer a @lamusapizzeria , na Praia do Canto. O cardápio de soft opening conta com 6 sabores salgados, dos quais 2 são veganos e 2 são vegetarianos. Bom, né? Essa aí é a marinara, super saborosa e temperadinha.  A massa é uma delícia, com a borda macia e o meio bem fininho e levinho. Gostei muito!
E eles ainda têm a melhor kombucha, da @bellavida_es ! Tomei a de maracujá e é sensacional! Dia de conhecer a @lamusapizzeria , na Praia do Canto.
