Manchester City’s quest to get back on track in PL after a surprise loss to Norwich City and comfortable win in Donetsk begins, domestically at least, with a home game against Watford on Saturday.
📅 21/9/19 - tomorrow
🏟 Etihad Stadium

⚽️ HEAD TO HEAD FACTS:
Played:29, Win:18, Draw:5, Defeat:6. Manchester City has won last 11 meetings between the two clubs (unbeaten in last 16 meetings).
🆚️ We are facing the club which is getting very dissappointing results despite having quite a few top class players. Injury of their captain Troy Deeney was apparently big blow for the club as they have only managed to get 2 points in PL this season without him. Last week's performance from Hornets was quite an enthusiastic one as they pulled out a draw (2-2) against Arsenal.
🏥 INJURY SITUATION:
John Stones picked up a thigh injury which will keep him out for around five weeks. Benjamin Mendy is fit and ready to play (he played 7mins on Wednesday vs Shakhtar)
🗣 PEP ON GABRIEL JESUS:
"He's an incredible player, his behaviour in the training session is incredible, he has to fight for a position with a legend but he accepts it. My praise for him is over the moon."
Heritage Open Days Events: Today Holy Rood have another open day but the last day they are doing tours, so make sure to get there and not miss out. The tour starts at 2pm and the church will be open to the public from 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm. The museum will also have its Watford in Art display and the library have their display up until Sunday.
Had a fab night watching @raksuraksu concert last night. Feeling tired today though, my body can’t take going out on a school night anymore lol. Have a great Friday I’m off for a snooze 😴😆x
🏑This week’s fixtures 🏑 The league kicks off this weekend and we have a full day of hockey down at the New Field! It looks like the heatwave is staying for tomorrow, so if you’re at home why not come down early, or stay after for a drink on the balcony, and let’s get a good crowd for some valuable home support! #gostags
