60% 66lbs 4x1
70% 77lbs 3x2
80% 88lbs 6x3
followed by high box jumps...💪🏼📦💨
Bench is one of my weakness. 4 weeks ago I was retested for my SFL recertification of 110lbs 0.75 of my body weight for 1 rep for my strength test. Unfortunately that 1 rep didn’t want to go up, after all three attempts.
I was very upset with myself because I knew 110lbs should have gone up smooth like my other lifts.
This week I started back on my bench program (designed by me) so proud of myself to be able to write out my own program and to build back up my strength to rep out the 110lbs like nothing!
