✨ BE DIFFERENT ✨
Lets talk real quick about societal norms and having the courage to step outside of them! You do NOT need to do what everyone else is doing, do what sparks your soul🔥 A fun fact about me (ref. pic) is that before entering the professional world of fitness I went to Laurier to be a teacher, at that time i knew I wanted to teach, loved makeup and loved fitness. So i took a chance going to uni and working part time as a cosmeticians 💋, both experiences were amazing but my passion for fitness sat with me. .
After finishing first year i went HARD in the gym, im talking 5/days a week every week all summer, really playing around with the idea of being a trainer in my head. Im a big believer in signs and trusting the universe (to me this is just following your heart if it feels right), so after seeing job posting in my gym I applied. 😇 This meant talking with my mom about leaving school after taking out loans, doing something completely opposite of what was pushed in high school, and taking a chance that I could be “wasting” my time. My heart and mind said DO IT! boyyy am i glad that i did!❤️💪🏼
It can be scary doing something completely opposite of people my age. I realized that if i “failed” most people from my graduating class would have degrees and id be stepping back into 2nd year. But really who cares, why do I need to complete the same milestones at the same time as everybody else🤨 Sounds like a boring life to me🤔
My main point here is dont be afraid to be different than everybody else! Dont ever compare yourself to someone else, or try to match them- you wont find true happiness this way. ❌ Do what feels right for you even if its a scary thing. I remember being 18 and having people laugh when I said I was going to the gym instead of going out on a Friday. 🙄 But to me that late night gym sesh was much more fulfilling. Same goes for becoming a trainer instead of staying in school to be what I once thought was the career for me. Its your life, do whats BEST FOR YOU!!!👏🏼

It’s not quite the S’mores Pancakes from last Sunday but it’s homemade and I figured between Sushi Friday night and Mexican and Wings yesterday, I’ve spent enough on eating out this weekend lol! So it’s Egg Whites, Turkey Sausage, Cheddar and Jalapeño’s ftw!! Oh and an @reignbodyfuel to wash it down.

Lunch: Baked potatoes with italian herbs and motzarilla goey sticky yummy cheese😋😋 I literally cannot believe that is meal is healthy from how amazing it tastes!! Seriously those who write those diets of only boiled chicken or meat, with vegetable soup n salad r just so dissapointing and misguiding..they make people hate being healthy for all the wrong reasons! u really dont have to sacrifice taste and eye joy to be healthy...u can actually enjoy both health and complete eye n tummy satisfaction 😋
I did the kofta recipe before, and for the potatoes simply place them on top of baking sheets and aluminum foil..add salt n pepper n one teaspoon olive oil n wrap them up n simply bake @ 220 C for 60 mins or until its tender.
Then cut each potato open n add salt n pepper, paprika and one teaspoon light mayonnaise n mix them up..then add motzarella cheese n put them back in the oven or microwave for the motzarella to melt😋😋😋😋😋😋 YUMMINESS

صعب أوي عليا لو شوفت الطبق دا متقدملي أصدق انه صحي أو اني أقدر آكله وانا بعمل دايت او بحاول آكل أكل صحي! بس الحقيقة انه ١٠٠٪ صحي ..ولذيذ ومشبع للعين قبل البطن..ودي حاجة مهمة أوي لما بحاول اغير عاداتي الغذائية الغير صحية وبتشجعني اني اكمل!
الكفتة المشوية أنا كتبت وصفتها قبل كدا، بالنسبة للبطاطس المخبوزة بكل بساطة جبت بطاطس متوسطة حطيتها على ورق زبدة وفويل ورشيت معلقة شاي زيت زيتون وملح وفلفل وقفلت الورق الفويل وحطيته في الفرن على درجة ٢٢٠ ل٦٠ دقيقة او حتى تمام النضج..وكلعتها فتحتها بالسكينة من فوق ورشيت ملح وفلفل وبابريكا ومعلقة شاي مايونيز لايت وهرست البطاطس جوا القشرة وحطيت جبن موتزاريللا من فوق وفي الفرن عشان تسيح وبس كدا!
