Okay, my cake journey is just starting, but let me tell you how excited and proud of myself I am for sticking through this one and trying brand new things! I thought drip cakes seemed difficult - turns out, they’re really f*cking easy! 🥴 I also thought that plant-based baking would be extra complicated, but people, it’s really not at all. If anything there’s LESS ingredients 😉
So anyway, this is my Bloody Halloween cake with a red velvet sponge, cream cheese filling, vanilla frosting, and white chocolate ganache. 🤯
I bet you’re dying for a slice 🔪🎂 (sorry...)

The second cake at the weekend was for the most adorable little girls 1st birthday!! This was a vanilla cake with white chocolate ganache and raspberry jam filling, covered in the most amazing sugar past by @massa_ticino_sugarpaste! This fondant was an absolute treat to use and I manage to cover the cake stress free which would normally result in me having a meltdown.. cannot wait to use it again, thank you!!
