When you share things you love, how you spend your free time and talk about your life, you create connection. It’s one of the most powerful ways to attract your tribe - the people who know, like, trust & want to work with you because you’re YOU!
You can post as many market updates, home maintenance tips, and cheesy real estate posts as you can possibly think of - but if you’re not sharing who YOU are, it’s going to be really tough to connect with your followers and build relationships!
AND, having wine while watching Bachelor in Paradise with your girls is one definition of homeownership if you ask me!

👉 Your content isn't going to trigger anyone to jump into action!
And if you're not getting anyone to take action, you're not selling, and ultimately you're just wasting time on the platform (#sorry 😬)
✨ Focus on speaking to ONE person in your captions. Focus on their specific pains and struggles when it comes to buying or selling a house
✨ By focusing on one, you're NOT limiting your growth at all, you're EXPANDING your opportunities within that specific group!
2️⃣ Keep a daily document! This handy-dandy little tool is a game changer for myself and my coaching clients 😉
👉 You create a theme for each day of the week and it helps you expand small bullet points into full on captions, saving you time & creative energy ✨
3️⃣ Create value pillars for yourself! I have a few that I teach my clients how to use that are game changers in their biz 😉
👉 But you can also create your own!
✨ And when you create your own, you're able to follow the themes in the daily doc AND broaden the types of content you post so you keep your audience EXCITED to follow you 🤗
