Another Sunday, another great day of progression with my leg movements. Last week hit 275 for 10 on RDLs and this week moved up to 315 for 7 with even more control. By the end of this bulk I want to hit 405 for at least 5 quality reps.
Also about to max out the cable leg extension machine while using pauses and controlled negatives 😈 Good thing we have the prime plate loaded machine to progress to!!
