1️⃣ Since I restarted WW after the birth of my second daughter in the spring of 2018 I’ve lost 28lbs! *People following WW can expect to lose 1-2lbs per week. I lost weight on a prior WW program and WW Freestyle.
2️⃣ Since I do Intermittent Fasting, I only drink coffee in the morning so my Ham and Cheese Crunchwrap was my first meal of the day. I used a @cutdacarb flatbread (bought online!), 2oz honey maple ham (2sp), 1oz Lite Mozzarella (1sp) and 2tbsp G. Hughes Sugar Free Honey Mustard (1sp). I ate snap peas and pineapple with chili lime seasoning as sides. 
3️⃣ For snack I had 4 naan dippers (4sp) with my homemade 0sp tzatziki! Find the recipe in the link in my bio! 
4️⃣ Dinner was #2ingredientdough pizza. I use 1/2c Gold Medal Self Rising Flour (5sp) and 1/2c Fage 0% Greek Yogurt. I baked the crust at 350 for 5 minutes then I topped it with pizza sauce (1sp) and 2oz Lite Mozzarella (2sp). I baked it for an additional 20 minutes at 350 and also had a side salad for 2sp. 
5️⃣ For dessert I ate a homemade mini ice cream sandwich. I make these ahead. Each sandwich is 2sp. I use 1/2 low fat graham cracker (1sp) and 1/2oz of @eatenlightened Ice cream (1sp). .

It makes it easy for me to find time to workout. Since I'm a stay at home mom, I don't always have a lot of time to go out to get my sweat on 💦 . And yes... I put this before and after together and thought "HOLY CRAP!" 🤯

But also, it's not JUST about the appearance. It's also about what's inside. How happier I am, how fit I am, how much of a positive outlook on life I have. 👍🏼 I'm so thankful for @ww, and so thankful to have met so many amazing people and created so many friendships. 🥰
