Wait wait wait hold up. Can we take a moment and talk about @marcheuparis !? SO DELICIOUS! My Favorite one is the one with the purple flowers lol. I'm terrible with the names! The whip was so creamy, sweet and yummy! My second favorite one was the chocolate cube (and again, I'll let Marc clarify the correct names.) I felt like i just bit into a cloud of fluffy fudge! AMAZING! The Raseberry one was for sure in my opinion the sweeatest of them all. The custard topping was my favorite part about it then biting into the crust and meeting the rasperry in the middle was like striking treasure!
I've met Marc through his wife, my good friend Gao Song. I've been following their journey since the beggining. Outside of the pastry, they've supported each others dreams. Gao Song, in school for Art Administration in New York, and one of the best singers I know. Even still continuing her education, Marc followed his dreams to becoming a pastry chef. He went back home to Paris where he then went to Pastry School. Such a powerful duo and a couple I adore most. Please me if I told your story wrong.
